1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TachoMobile 2 mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Application

TachoMobile 2 is an assistant tool intended to help drivers monitor driving activities, work periods, breaks, and related transport information.

The App does not replace legally required tachograph systems or official documentation.

3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• Compliance with transport regulations
• Maintaining official records where legally required
• Verifying generated calculations and reports
• Using the App in accordance with applicable laws

4. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and payment conditions are displayed within Google Play and inside the App.

Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

5. Cloud Synchronization and Accounts

The App offers features that allow users to synchronize and store their encrypted data using cloud services. To use these features, you may be required to create a synchronization account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, or encryption keys, and for all activities that occur under your account. The developer shall not be held liable for any data loss or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.

6. License

The developer grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Restrictions

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Attempt to bypass premium restrictions
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Redistribute the App without authorization
• Disrupt, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the cloud synchronization servers or infrastructure

8. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

The developer does not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App or cloud synchronization services
• Error-free operation
• Perfect calculation accuracy
• Legal compliance in all jurisdictions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Fines or penalties
• Transport violations
• Loss of profits or business
• Incorrect calculations or generated reports
• Data loss, synchronization failures, or cloud server outages
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Updates and Changes

The App and these Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App and its cloud synchronization services in cases of abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the developer’s jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
